The copolyamide hot melt adhesive particles can be produced into hot melt adhesive films, net films, grids, and tapes through processes such as melt coating, hot melt spraying, and hot melt casting. The products have excellent bonding strength and outstanding dry cleaning and water washing resistance. They are widely used in accessories, household textiles, automotive industry, reflective materials, shoe material composites, packaging materials, and other fields.

 

COPA(0-80μm) is suitable for adding to adhesive pastes, with process applications including screen printing paste, hoting adhesive, and flocking paste.

 

COPA (80-170 μm/150-250 μm) is suitable for powder spreading/lining double dot. Industry applications: Clothing lining (simple bonding process with good bonding strength and softness, both bonding and sealing), automotive interior (corion-resistant, fatigue crack-resistant, good sealing, and low resistance), footwear industry (solvent-free, non-flammable, good melt fluidity, adhesion, uniformity of the coating), and textile fabric rhinestone bonding industry.
