EBA REPSOL E20020EXP1/2 is a downgraded grade (secondary product) of REPSOL E20020DE. It is primarily used in injection molding, polymer toughening modification, and asphalt modification. Its advantage is that it can effectively reduce costs compared to standard E20020 material while maintaining the same performance. E20020 offers excellent flexibility and is suitable for injection molding.  antioxidants, and free-flow agents. It is mainly used in injection molding, mixtures (microcrystalline wax and paraffin), and asphalt modification. The recommended melting temperature is 180°C. EBA copolymers have excellent thermal stability, allowing for higher processing temperatures when needed. The processing characteristics of E20020 are similar to those of LDPE, and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line.

EBA exhibits excellent toughening effect, especially maintaining good impact resistance even at low temperatures. With its high polarity, EBA has good compatibility with various polymers such as PE, PP, PET, PA, PC, ABS, and bitumen, making it an effective impact modifier and compatibilizer for these materials.

EBA is a universal color masterbatch with narrow body, suitable for high-quality and high-concentration engineering plastic production.

The EBA terminal product has excellent performance, with its melting point and softening point ensuring good temperature resistance of the cable products. Meanwhile, the low modulus of EBA helps improve the impact resistance and flexibility of the cable products.
