PC/ABS ALLOY COMPATIBILIZER D038

This product is a specialized compatibilizer for PC, ABS and their alloy systems, offering high cost-effectiveness with significant toughening effects, particularly excelling in improving strength and impact resistance at low temperatures.

Product specifications

1.D038 system products can effectively promote phase adhesion in polyester-based polymer materials, suitable for systems such as PC/ABS, PC+GF, PA+GF, PA+ABS, etc. Even adding just 1% can achieve significant compatibility effects.

2.D038 system has a large specific surface area, good dispersibility in polymer materials and alloys, large effective contact area, and has little impact on material fluidity.

3.Due to its nucleating effect similar to crystal nuclei in the system, the D038 system has a positive impact on the transparency and overall performance of products.

Instructions for use of the product

No drying required, ready for direct use. If exposed to moisture, please expose to sunlight until completely dry before use. Alternatively, place in an oven at 40℃ for 2 hours before use.
