PV toughening agent for encapsulant E068-SI
The E068-SI system is a product obtained through  modification and grafting of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer using a special process. Both components significantly enhance the adhesive affinity between resins, as well as between resins and inorganic materials (including glass), thereby greatly improving peel strength and tear resistance. Meanwhile, it reduces molecular precipitation. This system shows broad application prospects in modification, cable, and photovoltaic industries.
Product specifications
1. Extremely low addition amount, significantly enhances the adhesion between resin layers, resin and non-base layers, as well as between EPE layers.2. Reduces delamination issues caused by peel force attenuation after PCT.3. Unique crystallization point control technology.4. High grafting rate with low addition amount.5. No black box effect, eliminates the need to consider potential esterification reactions  processes.
